Grill, countertop model - B-710

Grill, countertop model (whole module) with two heating zones, series 700. The model can be electric with stainless steel grate or gas (LPG/NG), with mild steel or stainless steel grate.

• Stamped surface, made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
• Laser cutting of joints and automatic welding of the bent elements. Hidden screws. Easy maintenance.
• Cast iron grates, removable without the need for tools. The iron grates are reversible, with different coatings on each side:
• Inclined and grooved with edges for meat
• Horizontal and flat for fish and vegetables
• Models with stainless steel grates are made of "Z" shaped AISI-304 stainless steel slats, which makes cleaning easier.
• These grates reach a very high temperature (400 ºC), thanks to which the surface of the product is quickly sealed and its interior remains juicy.
• They are equipped with a fat collection hole and a tray for its storage.
• The fat collection trays offer the option of placing water in them and, thanks to the heat radiation of the gas burners or electric heating elements, low-intensity steam is generated, so that food can be grilled in a steamy atmosphere.
• The grills are equipped with removable 130 mm high splash guards made of stainless steel.

ELECTRIC TABLETOP MODELS

• Stainless steel-coated heaters on which you can cook directly (group of 3 heaters for half-size modular models and 2 groups for full-size modular models).
• A water tray allows you to reach the appropriate level of humidity for optimal cooking conditions.

GAS TABLETOP MODELS

• Heated by groups of highly efficient tubular burners (group of two burners for half-size modular models, two groups for full-size models).
• Independent control for each group of burners via a safety valve with thermocouple.
• The burners are switched on with piezoelectric ignition.
• The burners heat ceramic stones that sit on a support stand.
