Frying/baking plate with ribbed surface (whole module) LINE 700. The plate can be electric or gas (LPG/NG), with thermostatic temperature control or with a thermocouple safety valve (gas models only). The versions with the thermostat can have a chrome-plated surface.
DESCRIPTION:
- Ribbed grill. FT-G710 R L and FT-G710 C R - chrome plated version, 50 micron thick chrome surface.
- Gas heated model, two independent burners with piezo electronic ignition. Two independent heating zones. With easy manual ignition.
- Gas model with thermostatic temperature control (between 100 and 300 °C).
- Electric models have stainless steel heating elements; Temperature control is via a thermostat between 100 and 300 °C.
- 1.5 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel top, with rounded edges allowing easy cleaning.
- Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow perfect lateral fit between modules with right angle side finish.
- Worktop made of 12 mm and 15 mm thick mild steel, for chrome models and dimensions 728x468 mm, high power and fast achievement of the desired temperature.
- Fast response and short time to restore the temperature of the frying plate.
- Grill plate integrated into the plate, built-in.
- The plate is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of fats and liquids.
- Equipped with a hole for collecting cooking fat and a removable storage tray with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
- Option for easily removable side and rear splash guards.
