Frying/baking plate with ribbed surface (semi-module) LINE 700. The plate can be electric or gas (propane butane or natural gas), with thermostatic temperature control or with a safety valve with thermocouple (gas models only). The versions with thermostat can also be with a chrome surface (FT-705 C R).
DESCRIPTION:
- Ribbed grill. FT-G705 R and FT-G705 C R - chrome plated version, 50 micron thick.
- Gas heated model, single burner with piezo electronic ignition. With access tube for manual ignition.
- Gas model with thermostatic temperature control (between 100 and 300 °C).
- 1.5 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel top, with rounded edges allowing easy cleaning.
- Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow perfect lateral fit between modules with right angle side finish.
- Worktop made of mild steel with a thickness of 12 mm or 15 mm, for the chrome models, and dimensions of 328x468 mm, high power and fast achievement of the desired temperature.
- Fast response and short time to restore the temperature of the frying plate.
- Grill plate integrated into the plate, built-in.
- The plate is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of fats and liquids.
- Equipped with a hole for collecting cooking fat and a removable storage tray with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
- Option for easily removable side and rear splash guards.
- High-temperature enameled cast iron flue protector.
