Frying/baking plate with smooth surface (semi-module) LINE 700. The plate can be electric or gas (LPG/NG), with thermostatic temperature control or with a thermocouple safety valve (only for gas models). Plates with thermostat have a version with a chrome surface.
DESCRIPTION:
- Smooth grill: FT-G705 C L and FT-E705 C L - version with chrome-plated surface, 50 microns thick.
- Electrically heated model - with stainless steel heating elements; thermostatic temperature control, between 100 and 300 °C and one heating zone.
- AISI-304 stainless steel plate 1.5 mm thick and stamped surface, with rounded edges allowing easy cleaning.
- Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow perfect lateral fit between the modules with right-angled side finish. Hidden screws.
- Work surface made of 12 mm thick mild steel and dimensions 328x468 mm, high power and fast achievement of the desired temperature.
- Fast response and time to recover the plate temperature.
- The grill plate is integrated into the hob, built-in.
- The hob is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of fat and liquids.
- It is equipped with a cooking fat collection hole and a removable storage tray, with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
- Access to the components from the front.
