- DM: fixed head and bowl.
- DME: movable bowl and lifting head.
- Scratch-resistant finishing coating, for extremely easy cleaning.
- All parts in contact with food are made entirely of stainless steel (bowl, spiral and rod).
- Transparent bowl lid in accordance with EN-453 standard.
