Gas grill, floor model - B-G7051

Gas Grill, floor model (semi-module) with one heating zone, series 700. The model can be powered by propane butane or natural gas, with cast iron or stainless steel grate.

• Stamped surface, made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
• Laser cutting of joints and automatic welding of the bent elements. Hidden screws. Easy maintenance.
• Cast iron grates, removable without the need for tools. The iron grates are reversible, with different coatings on each side:
• Inclined and grooved with edges for meat
• Horizontal and flat for fish and vegetables
• Models with stainless steel grates are made of "Z" shaped slats of AISI-304 stainless steel, which makes cleaning easier.
• These grates reach a very high temperature (400 ºC), thanks to which the surface of the product is quickly sealed and its interior remains juicy.
• They are equipped with a hole for collecting fat and a tray for storing it.
• The fat collection trays offer the option of placing water in them and, thanks to the heat radiation of the gas burners or electric heating elements, low-intensity steam is generated, so that food can be grilled in a steam atmosphere.
• The grills are equipped with removable splash guards with a height of 130 mm, made of stainless steel.

GAS FLOOR MODELS

• Heated by three high-efficiency tubular burners, with radiant deflector (a group of three burners for the half-modules, two groups for the full-module models).
• Independent control for each group of burners by a safety valve with thermocouple.
• The burners are activated by electric multi-spark ignition. Access for manual ignition.

Special scraper with two profiles for models with cast iron grate.
Special scraper adapted for models with stainless steel grille.
