Dough rolling machines are ideal for cold processing of bakery products with exactly the desired thickness and diameter.
Available in versions with one lower pair of rollers or two pairs of rollers for precise adjustment to millimeters of dough thickness. Suitable for professional use and small to medium-scale production.
- The machine body is made entirely of stainless steel.
- The rollers are made of food-grade resin.
- Adjustment lever.
- Dough thickness from 0.4 mm to 4 mm. It is achieved by adjusting the distance between the rollers.
- Dough weighing from 80 g. to 700 g. depending on the model.
- Electric foot control for models with 2 pairs of rollers. (on request)
- All moving parts are shielded to maximize safety during use. Plastic or steel guard for increased safety
- during use
- Easy to use (even by less qualified personnel).
- Possibility of making different dough formats.
Specifications: The correct functioning of the product has been tested with a dough hydration of 60%.
