With this attachment, the potato peeler becomes a meat grinder.
- For chopping small quantities of meat in the best hygienic conditions.
- The HM-71 is supplied with one cutting blade and 2 meat grinder grates with hole diameters of 4.5 and 8 mm.
- It can be used with PPC potato peelers (PPC-6 and PPC-12) and with planetary mixers (C) models equipped with an accessory attachment drive (BE-10C, BE-20C, BE30C and BE-40C).
