DESCRIPTION:

• Combined grill: 2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed surface. FT-E710 L R and FT-E710 C L R - version with chrome-plated surface, 50 microns thick.
• Electrically heated model - with stainless steel heating elements; thermostatic temperature control, between 100 and 300 °C and two heating zones.
• AISI-304 stainless steel plate, 1.5 mm thick and stamped surface, with rounded edges allowing easy cleaning.
• Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow perfect lateral fit between modules with right angle side finish. Concealed screws.
• Worktop made of 12 mm thick mild steel and dimensions 728x468 mm, high power and fast achievement of the desired temperature.
• Fast response and time to restore the temperature of the plate.
• The grill plate is integrated into the plate, built-in.
• The plate is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of fat and liquids.
• It is equipped with a hole for collecting cooking fat and a removable storage tray, with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
• Access to components from the front.
