Electric heating boiling pan with indirect heating, capacity 80 L and tank dimensions: Ø420x605 mm. SERIES 700
General characteristics
- Tops made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm.
- Laser-cut joints, automatic welding and polishing of the bent elements. Hidden screws.
- Lid with front handle designed to protect against burns. Diagonal opening at 70°.
- Drain hole to redirect any liquid spills.
- 80-liter tank, integrated into the top surface by machine welding, whose base is made of AISI 316L stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm.
- The kettle tank is filled with cold or hot water through a solenoid (electromagnetic) valve, which is activated by a switch located on the front panel.
- The boiler is drained safely and effortlessly, through a G1-1/2” UNI ISO 228 safety valve with athermal (the material does not heat up) handle.
- The boiler drain filter is made of AISI-304 stainless steel, strong, reliable and easy to remove and clean.
- The controllers are positioned on a protective support base and have a system to prevent water infiltration.
- A light indicator shows when the machine is connected and when it is heating.
- IPX5 water protection level.
DIRECT HEATING/DIRECT FLAME MODELS - GAS MODELS only
- Heating is carried out by a high-efficiency stainless steel tubular burner, which is controlled by an energy regulator, which optimizes combustion and allows slow and even cooking.
- Heating regulation through different burner power levels - lower energy and water consumption.
- The burner is ignited by spark ignition.
MODELS WITH INDIRECT HEATING - WATER BATH/bain-marie - GAS AND ELECTRIC
- Bain-marie chamber around the tank, with automatic filling system.
- Automatic chamber level control with three-way protection system by means of a pressure switch: 1) chamber pressure control; 2) limiting thermostat to prevent overheating and 3) overpressure safety valve.
- Automatic chamber cleaning.
- The heating at the base of the vessel/tank acts on the water in the chamber that surrounds it, thus the steam produced at a temperature of 107 ºC heats the base and sides of the vessel evenly.
ELECTRIC MODELS
- Heating is carried out by heating elements located at the bottom of the bain-marie chamber and is controlled by an energy regulator and a pressure switch.
- Voltage: 400 V 3+N. Other voltages are possible - optional!
