General characteristics:

• 2 mm thick surface made of AISI-304 stainless steel, designed to prevent spilled liquids from entering the interior of the cooker.
• Laser-cut elements, automatically welded and polished.
• The plate is 15 mm thick and four heaters are located under it, so as to heat the four parts of the hob independently.
• Power adjustment for each heating element. This allows the user to work with a different temperature of the plate.
• Internal fan to lower the temperature of the components.
• Stamped surface with rounded corners for easy cleaning.
• Access to components from the front.
• IPX5 water protection.
