Blast chiller and freezer, Advance series, equipped with 10 levels for GN-1/1 trays (60X40 trays). It has cooling or freezing cycle options that can be set by time control or by using a temperature probe placed inside the food. (If the probe is not used, the cycle time control is automatically activated.)
- Intuitive 5" touch control panel located in the door for more ergonomic use.
- 2 cooling cycles:
· Shock freezing cycle (duration - 240 min.): After the cycle is completed, it maintains a constant temperature of -20°C.
· Cooling cycle (90 min.): It performs the first cycle and maintains a constant temperature of 0°C.
- 5 additional special cycles for defrosting, ice hardening, drying, fish disinfection and probe heating.
- Hermetically sealed compressor with air-cooled condenser
- Eco-friendly cooling system using R-452A gas (CFC-free).
- 60 mm thick sprayed polyurethane insulation
- Evaporator with copper tubes and aluminum flaps.
- Forced air circulation cooling system.
