DESCRIPTION:

• Pressed surface hobs made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and rounded edges designed to prevent spilled liquid from entering the interior of the cooker.
• The top of the hob has a stamped surface and rounded corners for easy cleaning.
• Laser cutting of the joints /connecting elements/ and automatic welding. Hidden screws.
• Cast iron hobs - 6 pcs. ROUND, 223 Ø (x2.6 kW), hermetically fixed to the top of the stamped surface.
• Power adjustment via a 7-position selector.
• Overheating protection for each hob.
• Access to the oven components from the front.
• Easy connection and in accordance with health standards.
• IPX5 water protection level.

• Easy to use static oven for NG 2/1 trays.
• Controls located on the top panel for improved ergonomics.
• Stainless steel cooking chamber, which makes cleaning easier and ensures greater hygiene.
• Trays are placed sideways, which improves maneuverability.
• Three-level height rails provide different cooking options.
• The rails have an anti-tip system for the trays.
• Thermostatic temperature control (125 - 310 °C).
• Heating by stainless steel rheotanes with switch for operation between the upper and/or lower zone.
• Cast iron oven floor, which guarantees better performance and even heat distribution.
