DESCRIPTION:

• Ribbed hob.
• Gas-heated model, thermocouple safety valve, single burner.
• Piezoelectronic ignition and easy manual ignition.
• 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel top, with rounded edges for easy cleaning.
• Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow perfect lateral fit between modules with right-angled side finish.
• Work surface made of 20 mm thick mild steel and dimensions 335x640 mm, high power and fast achievement of the desired temperature.
• Fast response and short time to restore the temperature of the frying hob.
• Grill plate integrated into the hob, built-in.
• The hob is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of fats and liquids.
• Equipped with a cooking fat collection hole and a removable storage tray with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
• Option for easily removable side and rear splash guards.
• High-temperature enameled cast iron flue protector.
• Access to components from the front.
• IPX5 water protection rating.
