• Cooking zone with a diameter of Ø 300 mm and a power of 5 kW, fast heating.
• Perfect cooking control thanks to the 10-position power control knob, which allows operation at low power for delicate recipes or maximum power for fast cooking.
• Energy is supplied only to the area on which the cooking vessel is located, the rest of the glass ceramic surface remains cold.
• The hob operates only when there is a cooking vessel and is interrupted when it is removed, which leads to a reduction in energy consumption by about 50% compared to gas hobs and other convection cooking technologies.
