Electric frying/baking hob with thermostatic temperature control, smooth, semi-module, LINE 900.

DESCRIPTION:

• Smooth hob FT-E905 L and FT-E905 C L - version with chrome coating, thickness 50 microns.
• Models with electric heating use shielded heating elements, made of stainless steel; the temperature is controlled by a thermostat with fuse, between 100 and 300 °C.
• 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel top, with rounded edges allowing easy cleaning.
• Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow a perfect lateral fit between the modules with a right-angled side finish.
• Work surface made of 20 mm thick mild steel and dimensions 335x640 mm, high power and fast achievement of the desired temperature.
• Fast response and time to restore the temperature of the frying hob.
• Grill plate integrated into the hob, built-in.
• The plate is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of fats and liquids.
• It is equipped with a cooking fat collection hole and a removable storage tray with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
• Option for easily removable side and rear splash guards.
• High-temperature enameled cast iron flue protector.
• Access to components from the front.
• IPX5 water protection level.
