Electric frying/baking plate with thermostatic temperature control, 1 module, LINE 700.

DESCRIPTION:

• Fried griddle: FT-E710 R and FT-E710 C R - version with chrome-plated surface, 50 microns thick.
• Electrically heated model - with stainless steel heating elements; thermostatic temperature control, between 100 and 300 °C, two separate heating zones.
• AISI-304 stainless steel top, 1.5 mm thick and stamped surface, with rounded edges allowing easy cleaning.
• Laser cutting and automatic welding to allow perfect lateral fit between modules with right-angled side finish. Concealed screws.
• Work surface made of mild steel, 12 mm thick and 15 mm for chrome-plated models, dimensions 728x468 mm, high power and fast reaching the desired temperature.
• Fast response and time to restore the temperature of the plate.
• The grill plate is integrated into the hob, built-in.
• The hob is tilted forward to facilitate the collection of fat and liquids.
• It is equipped with a cooking fat collection hole and a removable storage tray, with a capacity of up to 2 liters depending on the model.
• Access to components from the front.
