• The walls of the cooking vessel are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• 10 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel bottom Optional: 12 mm thick bottom made of composite (9 mm iron + 3 mm steel).
• Cooking chamber with non-stick coating and ceramic microspheres.
• Water can be added to the chamber using a single-hole tap.
• Lid in 10/10 thick AISI 304 stainless steel, with chrome-plated stand and spring and stainless steel handle.
• Support structure in 20/10 thick stainless steel, mounted on adjustable steel leveling feet.
• External walls in 10/10 thick satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Shelf/counter in 20/10 thick satin-finished AISI 304 stainless steel.
