Josper PLUS charcoal ovens feature a patented system for control, accumulation and uniform heat distribution, offering quality, reliability and increased performance. PLUS models have additional double walls and a cooling system with natural convection, reducing the heat generated around the oven. They include an improved hydraulic door holding system that streamlines the chef's operations. The redesigned, modernized upper and lower ventilation holes facilitate air circulation and are easier to clean. They have an optimized upper tempering area that allows customization and can be closed with an available accessory.
The HJA-PLUS configuration allows the choice of additional side tables, as well as drawers and an upper tempering cabinet (heating superstructure), according to the user's needs. The different color options for the doors, drawers and tempering cabinet include: inox, black, white, blue, green, brown or burgundy.
