Charcoal oven HJX25L ACXF

Josper PLUS charcoal ovens feature a patented system for controlling, accumulating and distributing heat evenly, offering quality, reliability and increased productivity. PLUS models feature additional double walls and a natural convection cooling system, reducing heat generated around the oven. They include an improved hydraulic door hold system that streamlines the chef's operations. The redesigned, modernized upper and lower ventilation openings facilitate air circulation and are easier to clean. They have an optimized upper tempering area that allows for customization and can be closed with an available accessory.

The HJA-PLUS configuration allows for the selection of additional side tables, as well as drawers and an upper tempering cabinet (heating superstructure), according to the user's needs. The different color options for the doors, drawers and tempering cabinet include: stainless steel, black, white, blue, green, brown or burgundy.
