The ENTRY MAX line includes independent temperature control in both oven zones (top and bottom), thus ensuring and maintaining even heat on the fully refractory stone. It cooks everything, but is particularly suitable for baking pizza, bread and pastries, as it can reach and maintain temperatures up to 450°C. The even heat distribution leads to unparalleled results, but a "Full Refractory Stone" kit is available for those looking for even longer heat retention.

The entire Entry Max line is built with a stainless steel structure and tempered double glazing. The analogue control panel allows you to independently control the temperature of the lower and upper heating surfaces.
FULL REFRACTORY STONE CHAMBER
Each model can be ordered with a fully refractory stone chamber, with the addition of Activestone on the ceiling and walls. This system delivers incredibly even cooking. With a stone on each internal surface, the oven maintains a constant average temperature value each time the door is opened/closed.
