Bain marie with a capacity of 30 liters and a tank size of NG-2/1. The model can be gas (LPG/NG) or electric.

- AISI-304 stainless steel sockets integrated into the surface.
- Gravity drainage: easy drainage by removing the overflow pipe.
- Thermostatic water temperature control, between 30 and 90 °C.
- Controls with protective support base and water-proof system (IPX5 protection).
