Professional combined blast chiller and freezer with 8 levels for gastronorm GN 1/1 or euronorm 60x40 cm trays. - Concept. The Concept range is characterized by simple design and economy.
CONSTRUCTION:
- Stainless steel coating on the outside, except for the back panel (plastic coating).
- Internal part made of AISI-304 18/10 stainless steel.
- High-quality polyurethane insulation with 60 mm thickness and density 40 kg/m3, freon-free, injected under high pressure.
- Stainless steel doors with ergonomic, sturdy, perfectly integrated handle along the entire length of the door.
- Hinged doors with automatic return for perfect closing, which minimizes temperature increase. They have a 120° rest position and close automatically at less than 90°.
- Door frame with anti-condensation system.
- Interior with curved joints for easy cleaning
- Copper tube evaporator with aluminum fins and cataphoresis coating
- Hermetically sealed compressor with air-cooled condenser - Forced air circulation cooling system
- Intuitive 2.8” touch screen electronic control placed in the door, allowing control of cycles by time or temperature through a temperature probe inserted into the food. If the probe is not used, cycle control by time is automatically activated.
FUNCTIONS AND CONTROLS:
- Manually controlled cooling and freezing processes by selecting the time or temperature from a probe inserted into the food. Both parameters can be adjusted in each cycle.
- Shock cooling (from +90° to +3 °C in 90 minutes):
- Standard cycle 90 min: suitable for soft, light or delicate food of small size or volume.
* Once the cooling cycle is complete, the devices enter standby mode, operating as a refrigerator, maintaining the temperature between +2°C and +5°C.
- Shock freezing (from +90° to -18°C in 240 minutes):
- Intensive cycle - 240 min: this is the ideal cycle for freezing semi-finished dishes. It is also suitable for raw products. It facilitates the storage of frozen products for a long period of time, which can be used throughout the year.
* Once the freezing cycle is complete, the devices enter standby mode, operating as a freezer, maintaining the temperature below -18°C.
- 3 additional cycles: pre-cooling, fish disinfection and ice cream hardening.
- Possibility of creating and saving up to 20 personalized recipes.
- System for evaporating the water formed during the defrosting process, activated by the user.
- Defrosting by stopping the compressor.
EQUIPMENT INCLUDES:
- Thermal needle probe for monitoring the temperature in the core of the food product.
- Storage capacity: 8 levels for GN1/1 or 8xEN 60x40 trays with 65 mm distance between them.
