Salad cooler with 2 or 3 doors, polyethylene top and space for GN containers. Ideal solution for convenient preparation of sandwiches or salads. Two versions that can also be combined with drawers [1/2] module.

1. Salad cooler with 2 doors: holds 2 x GN 1/1 and 3x GN 1/6 containers.
2. Salad cooler with 3 doors: holds 4 x GN 1/1 containers, which can be divided freely (the picture shows a configuration of 24 GN 1/6 containers).

DESCRIPTION:

• Made of high-quality stainless steel for intensive professional applications, characterized by a very robust design and perfect finish.
• Open worktop, suitable for GN containers and removable surface in high-density polyethylene, suitable for working with food. Rotating lid with fixed opening position. Storage temperature in the GN compartment (+2ºC +8°C) at an external temperature of 38°C.
• Static evaporator, insulated with high-density polyurethane, Freon-free, 40 mm thick. The evaporator-free interior and smooth surfaces make the compartment easy to clean.
• Stainless steel doors with ergonomic, robust, perfectly integrated handle that avoids the accumulation of dust and dirt.
• Intuitive, digital display for electronic control with ECO function for energy saving.
• Automatic evaporation of defrosted water.
• Removable magnetic door seal for maximum hygiene.
• Forced air cooling system.
• Removable front panel with "breathable" design, allowing the machine to be built-in without compromising performance.
• Removable and height-adjustable GN 1/1 racks with epoxy coating and maximum load capacity of up to 40 kg. Equipped with 1 GN 1/1 grid and 2 sets of height-adjustable tray slides for each door.
• Defrosting by stopping the compressor.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS :

• Drawers [1/2] module - Stainless steel drawers with perforated bottom plates and telescopic sliding guides, with the possibility of full retraction, to save work surface. Other drawer configurations are also available on request.
