The EasyLine SCC300 is a high‑performance chamber vacuum machine designed for restaurants, butcher shops, fish counters, delicatessens and food production facilities. The chamber system allows vacuum packing of liquids, marinades, sauces and delicate foods, while extending shelf life and preserving organoleptic qualities such as taste, aroma and texture.
Equipped with a powerful 8 m³/h oil‑bath vacuum pump, the SCC300 achieves up to 98% vacuum, ensuring optimal preservation. The 300 mm sealing bar and the spacious 310 × 350 × 190(h) mm chamber make it suitable for larger products.
The stainless steel construction, clear plexiglass lid and removable sealing bar ensure durability and easy cleaning. The digital control panel offers 6 storable programs, and the machine includes prearrangement for the use of inert gases, enabling modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) when required.
