The EasyLine SCC500 is the largest and most powerful chamber vacuum machine in the EasyLine range. With its XXL chamber (520 × 520 × 220 mm), high‑capacity 20 m³/h oil‑bath vacuum pump and 500 mm sealing bar, it is designed for heavy‑duty professional use in meat processing, fish handling, gastronomy and high‑volume HoReCa operations.
The machine achieves up to 98% vacuum, ensuring maximum product preservation and extended shelf life. The stainless steel construction, clear plexiglass lid and removable sealing bar ensure durability and easy cleaning.
The digital control panel includes 6 storable programs, and the unit is prearranged for inert gas injection (optional), enabling modified atmosphere packaging for delicate or fragile products.
