The EasyLine SCC400 is a high‑capacity chamber vacuum machine designed for intensive professional use in restaurants, butcher shops, fish counters, delicatessens and food production facilities. With a larger chamber and a more powerful pump, it is ideal for packing large products, liquids, marinades and sous‑vide preparations.
Equipped with a 16 m³/h oil‑bath vacuum pump, the SCC400 achieves up to 98% vacuum, ensuring excellent preservation. The 400 mm sealing bar and the spacious 410 × 450 × 220(h) mm chamber allow for larger bags and higher‑volume operations.
The stainless steel construction, clear plexiglass lid and removable sealing bar ensure durability and easy cleaning. The digital control panel offers 6 storable programs, and the machine includes prearrangement for inert gas injection, enabling modified atmosphere packaging when required.
