The Fimar 22CE is a professional meat mincer designed for butcher shops, supermarkets, restaurants and food‑processing facilities. The machine features a 1.1 kW motor, a production capacity of 150–250 kg/h, and a full stainless steel casing and hopper, ensuring excellent hygiene, durability and easy maintenance.
The key advantage of this model is its fully removable grinding unit. The entire AISI 304 stainless steel head can be detached and stored in the refrigerator without pre‑cleaning, fully compliant with HACCP hygiene standards. The grinding unit is dishwasher‑safe, making cleaning fast, safe and efficient.
The 22CE is equipped with an Enterprise cutting system (6 mm plate + self‑sharpening knife) and an oil‑bath gear reducer for quiet and reliable operation.
