Professional meat grinder Fimar 12CE – fully removeble mincing unit, stainless steel body, 100–160 kg/h

The Fimar 12CE meat grinder is a professional model, suitable for butcher shops, shops, restaurants and small production kitchens. The machine has a power of 0.75 kW, a productivity of 100–160 kg/h and a stainless steel body and hopper, which ensures high hygiene, durability and easy maintenance.

The main advantage of the model is the fully detachable grinding module. The entire grinding head can be removed and stored in the refrigerator without prior cleaning, in accordance with HACCP hygiene standards. The grinding block made of AISI 304 stainless steel can be washed in a dishwasher, which guarantees quick and safe cleaning.

The model is equipped with the Enterprise system (6 mm plate + self-sharpening knife), an oil reducer for quiet and reliable operation and a reverse function that makes it easier to work with tougher meat.
