Pasta cookers (40L) 1 well NG-1/1 - CP-905

Pasta cooker with 1 well NG-1/1 - 40 liters capacity and 3 baskets (can be used with different basket sizes). Series 900. The model is available on gas (LPG/NG) or electric.

• Surface countertops made of 2 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel.
• Laser cutting of joints, automatic welding and polishing of connecting elements, without sharp edges.
• Tubs integrated into the top surface, made of 1.5 mm thick AISI-316L stainless steel.
• The tubs are GN-1/1 in size and have a capacity of 40 liters. Different configurations of different sized baskets can be used.
• Standard configuration: 3 x 1/3 baskets per well.
• Additional basket set type 1/4 and type 1/6.
• The tubs are filled via a solenoid valve with a two-position switch: medium and high speed filling.
• Draining of the tubs is done through a high heat-resistant mechanical ball valve with safety overflow.
• Automatic safety system - stops the power supply in case the water runs out.
• Drainer located on the front of the baskets.
• Controls with protective base and anti-water ingress system.
• High temperature enameled cast iron flue.
• Access to components from the front.
• Machines with IPX5 water protection rating.

GAS MODELS

• Gas models with stainless steel burner located on the outside of the tub with a combustion chamber that allows heating from below and from the sides.
• Electronic ignition by spark, alternative manual ignition.
• Heating controlled by a safety valve.

ELECTRIC MODELS

• Electric models are heated by AISI-304 steel heating elements located on the bottom of the tub, which heat the water directly.
• Heating control by energy regulator.
• Voltage: 400 V 3+N.
