Pasta cookers (40L) 1 well NG-1/1 - CP-7140

Pasta cooker with 1 well NG-NG-1/1 - 40 liters capacity and two baskets (can be used with different basket sizes). Series 700. The model is available on gas (LPG/NG) or electric.

• Surface countertops made of 1.5 mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel.
• Laser cutting of joints, automatic welding and polishing of connecting elements, without sharp edges.
• 1.5 mm thick AISI-316L stainless steel nests built into the top surface.
• 2 well sizes:

· GN-2/3 wells, with a capacity of 26 liters
· GN-1/1 wells, with a capacity of 40 liters

• The well is filled through the inlet solenoid valve with a two-position switch: medium and high speed filling.
• Well drainage through a mechanical valve that is resistant to high temperatures and has a safety overflow.
• Automatic safety system - stops the power supply in case the water runs out.
• The controls are located on a protective support base and a system to prevent water ingress.
• IPX5 water protection level.

GAS MODELS

• High-performance stainless steel burner located outside the well with a combustion chamber that allows heating of the base and sides of the well.
• Piezoelectronic burner ignition, with access for manual ignition.
• Heating is controlled by a safety valve.

ELECTRICAL MODELS

• AISI 304 stainless steel heating elements located inside the well for direct heating of the water.
• Heating is controlled by an energy regulator.
• Voltage: 400 V 3+N.
