Gas (LPG/NG) cooker with 6 burners and English style gas oven (side opening double door with dimensions: 860x570x410), line 700. Two versions are available according to the different burner power:
1) 4 x 5.25kW (Ø 100 mm) + 2 x 8.0kW (Ø 120 mm);
2) 6 x 8.0kW;
The cookers can be powered by propane butane or natural gas and can be equipped with a factory-fitted set of wheels.
HOBS:
- Stamped surface tops made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm;
- Laser cutting of the joints /connecting elements/ and automatic welding. Hidden screws;
- The dimensions of 397 x 580 mm of the double grates (397 x 290 mm for each burner), allow the use of large pots and pans, while the reduced distance of 75 mm between the central grates allows the use of those with a very small diameter (8 cm), avoiding the risk of tipping over;
- The grates are made of RAAF enamelled cast iron (resistant to alkaline and acidic products, fire and high temperatures);
- The double crown burners are made of nickel-plated cast iron, which guarantees an even distribution of heat from the flame to the bottom of the cookware. This prevents heat accumulation at a specific point and optimizes energy transfer to the product;
- The burners are easy to position;
- Pilot flame with piezoelectric ignition and low-consumption thermocouples located inside the burner for better protection;
- Flexible stainless steel gas pipes, providing internal manipulations to facilitate repairs;
- Controls with a system to prevent water ingress, located on a protective support base;
- Access to components from the front.
OVEN 8.6kW:
- English-style oven with dimensions of 860x570x410 mm and side-opening double door.
- Cooking chamber made entirely of stainless steel, which facilitates cleaning and ensures greater hygiene;
Heating:
- Gas: stainless steel tubular burner with pilot flame and piezoelectric ignition;
- Thermostatic valve for temperature control (125 - 310 °C);
- Three-level height rails to offer different cooking options. The rails have an anti-tip system;
- Cast iron oven floor, which guarantees better performance and even heat distribution;
- Fiberglass closing gasket to improve the oven's thermal efficiency. Guarantees the durability of the oven;
- Stamped frame and inner oven door, ensuring better closing;
- Removable oven door for easier repairs.
