General characteristics
- Surface tops made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm.
- Laser-cut joints, automatic welding and polishing of the body elements.
- The tanks are stamped into the surface.
- Cold zone at the bottom of the tank, which helps maintain the quality and characteristics of the fat used for a longer time.

- Electric models have heating elements made of AISI-304 stainless steel, located inside the tank, which can be rotated by more than 90° for perfect cleaning.

- The fat is drained from the tank by means of a robust and reliable ball valve, resistant to high temperatures.
