General characteristics:
- 2 mm thick surface made of AISI-304 stainless steel, designed to prevent spilled liquids from entering the interior of the cooker.
- Laser-cut elements, automatically welded and polished.
- The plate is 15 mm thick and four heaters are located under it, so as to heat the four parts of the hob independently.
- Power adjustment for each heating element. This allows the user to work with a different temperature of the plate.
- Internal fan to lower the temperature of the components.
- Stamped surface with rounded corners for easy cleaning.
- Access to components from the front.
- IPX5 water protection.

- Easy-to-use static oven for GN 2/1 trays.
- Controls located on the top panel for better ergonomics.

- The guides are "U" shaped to prevent the trays from tipping over.
- Thermostatic temperature control (125 - 310 °C).
- Heating by stainless steel heating elements with switch to control the upper and/or lower heater.
- The oven base, made of 6 mm cast iron, guarantees excellent performance and heat distribution.
