Tilting cylindrical boiling pans with a capacity of 200 liters. Gas, el. and steam models.

• Automatic tilting boiler with lateral stabilizing columns. Tilting the boiler facilitates the transfer of solid foods. This is the fastest and easiest way to cook large quantities.
• Vessel with bottom in AISI-316 stainless steel with a thickness between 20/10 and 40/10 and a double wall in AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness between 20/10 and 25/10.
• Lid in AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 15/10, balancing springs, athermic handle and insulated lid available on request.
• Pressure gauge to control the pressure inside the double wall.
• Manual release valve to reduce the pressure produced in the double wall during the heating process.
• Adjustable chrome-plated bronze mixer with hot and cold water.
• Safety valve set at 0.5 bar.
• 30/10 thick stainless steel support structure mounted on a frame.
• External part in fine satin-finished AISI-304 steel. Thermal insulation guaranteed by ceramic panels with high fiber density.
• Automatic cylinder tilting system by hydraulics.
• Automatic shutdown system when tilted.

HEATING
GAS - DIRECT AND INDIRECT MODELS:

• Burners - high-efficiency tubular stainless steel structure.
• Manual piezoelectric ignition and pilot flame.
• Smoke exhaust grille.
• Faucet with safety valve and thermocouples (direct version).

ELECTRIC INDIRECT MODELS:

• Heated by heating elements immersed in Incoloy alloy with adjustable power by means of an energy variator.
• Safety thermostat that ensures that the machine does not operate in case of overheating or insufficient water.
• Water control in the double wall with taps and automatic water filling option.
• Standard operating voltage of 400V-3N50Hz

INDIRECT STEAM MODELS:

• Heated with steam (from an additional connection) through a valve that allows steam to be added gradually to the vessel.
• Indirect heating equipment includes: pressure control in the double wall through a safety valve set at 0.5 bar, manual vacuum valve and pressure gauge
