Fixed rectangular boiling pans (200L) - MRI-200

Fixed rectangular boiling pans. Can be assembled independently or with other machines. Thanks to its rigidity and functionality, it is suitable for continuous and long-term use.

• Vessel with bottom in AISI-316 stainless steel and thickness between 20/10 and 40/10, suitable for products that are particularly acidic.
• Walls in AISI-304 stainless steel with thickness between 20/10 and 25/10.
• Tank drain hole with removable filter
• Front drain tap with insulated athermic handle.
• Lid in AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 15/10, with balanced spring and anathermic handle/non-heating.
• Pressure gauge to control the pressure inside the double wall.
• Manual air release valve to reduce the pressure in the chamber during heating.
• 30/10 thick stainless steel support structure mounted on height-adjustable steel feet.
• External walls in fine satin-finished AISI-304 steel, 10/10 thick, and a 15/10 thick AISI-304 stainless steel shelf.

- 2 versions (normal and autoclave in gas, el or steam):

1. Normal version: spring-loaded safety valve set at 0.5 bar.
2. Autoclave version: Equipped with silicone rubber sealing, lid sealing clips and safety valve set at 0.5 bar.

HEATING
GAS - DIRECT AND DIRECT UNDER PRESSURE MODELS, INDIRECT AND INDIRECT UNDER PRESSURE MODELS:

• Burners - high-efficiency tubular stainless steel structure.
• Manual piezoelectric ignition and pilot flame.
• Smoke exhaust grille.
• Faucet with safety valve and thermocouples (direct version).

INDIRECT ELECTRIC MODELS:

• Heated by heating elements immersed in Incoloy alloy with adjustable power by means of an energy variator.
• Safety thermostat that ensures that the machine does not operate in case of overheating or insufficient water.
• Water control in the double wall with taps and automatic water filling option.
• Standard operating voltage of 400V-3N50Hz

INDIRECT STEAM MODELS:

• Heated by steam (from an additional connection) through a valve that allows the steam to be added gradually to the vessel.
• Indirect heating equipment includes: pressure control in the double wall by means of a safety valve set at 0.5 bar, manual vacuum valve and pressure gauge.
