Boiling pan with a capacity of 150 L, tank dimensions: 600x550 mm., overall dimensions: 800x930x850 mm. SERIES 900.

The machine can be ordered in different versions: with direct/indirect heating and under pressure for the gas models, which in turn can be powered by propane butane or natural gas, at 50 or 60 Hz and electric with indirect heating.

General characteristics

• The surface of the countertops is made of AISI-304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm.
• Laser cutting of joints, automatic welding and polishing of the connecting elements.
• Double-walled lid, balanced by a hinge with a front handle, with diagonal opening up to 75°, which allows the lid to be kept open in any position.
• The tank of the boiler is well stamped and machine-welded in the upper part of the surface, with its bottom made of AISI-316L stainless steel.
• Filling the boiler with hot or cold water is carried out by an electrovalve, activated by a single switch located on the front panel.
• The tank is released safely and effortlessly, through a safety valve with a handle made of athermic (non-heating) material.
• Robust and reliable drain filter made of AISI-304 stainless steel. Easy to remove.
• Controls with protective base and water-proof system.
• Access to components from the front.
• IPX5 water protection level.
• Models with indirect heating - bain marie
• Bain marie chamber around the tank, with automatic filling system when the tank is connected.
• Automatic level control in the chamber with four-fold protection: 1) chamber pressure controller, 2) overpressure safety valve, 3) thermostat to limit overheating in the chamber and 4) pressure gauge built into the top surface.
• Automatic chamber flushing.
• The heating of the bottom of the vessel heats the water in the chamber surrounding the tank, thus the steam generated at a temperature of 107 °C heats the bottom and walls of the well evenly.
• The temperature reached is lower than that obtained in models with direct heating.
• Light indicator that shows when the machine is connected and when it is heating.

GAS MODELS

• Heating is carried out by a group of stainless steel tubular burners with optimized combustion, controlled by an energy regulator and by a pressure controller, which allows the use of less water and lower electricity consumption.

ELECTRIC MODELS

• Heating is carried out by heating elements located in the lower part, controlled by an energy regulator and a pressure switch.
• Voltage: 400 V 3+N. Possible options for electrical voltage.

PRESSURE OPERATION

• Foldable, hermetic lid.
• Tank pressure - 0.3 atmospheres.
• Safety valve against overpressure on the lid.
