Tunnel dishwasher, models with a maximum capacity of 180, 225, 270 baskets/hour and a model with a capacity of 320 baskets/hour. The modular Concept dishwashers are made up of different modules, assembled together, which perform the different operations that make up the washing process.
- The ECO version is equipped with an external hot water generator, gas-fired, model GWB-40 (#).
- The generator replaces the electric rinse water heater in the dishwasher, resulting in significant energy savings.
- Given the heat output of the generator, the dishwasher can be installed in facilities with cold water supply.
- The dishwasher has a motor pump that sends the water from the generator to the rinse nozzles.
- The dishwasher includes a water flow regulator that ensures constant water consumption.
- The first filling of the dishwasher tank is carried out with water both from the generator (quickly reaching the set temperature) and from the water supply network via an electric valve.
DESCRIPTION:
- All the main parts of the machine are made of AISI-304 stainless steel anti-corrosion: tanks, washing and rinsing arms, nozzles, doors, basket transport system, boiler and metal pipes.

- Automatic timer that deactivates the conveyor motor after a preset period of inactivity (10 minutes).
- Energy saving system during washing: the process does not start until the flow line detects the passage of a basket.
- Rinse saving system. Rinsing stops when the basket has left the line, saving water and energy.

NOTE:
Water connection: It is recommended to introduce sanitary water into the dishwashers, with a temperature of 50 - 60 ºC.
Water pressure: Minimum: 2 bar = 2 kg/cm2 Maximum: 4 bar = 4 kg/cm2 Water softener: In case of connecting the machines to a water softener, the local supply must be above 10 HF / 6 HD.
