Electric dishwasher with left or right entry and pre-wash zone - Flight type. Flight type dishwashers have a conveyor belt that moves the baskets through a steel tunnel for thorough cleaning. The path is usually a straight line, which means that modular units require a lot of space. The dishwasher has a loading zone, different modules according to function and an unloading zone.

DESCRIPTION:

• The washing modules are without internal pipes.
• Double-layer construction.
• Double-walled doors with heat and sound insulation.
• The doors are counterbalanced with safety stops that stop the process, allowing full and unrestricted access to all zones (pre-wash, wash, pre-rinse, rinse).
• Modular construction allowing the machine to be divided into modules.

• The speed of the conveyor belt is controlled by a frequency converter and a microswitch. This allows the machine to stop in the event of a blockage without damaging it. An unblocking function reverses the belt to remove the blockage.
• Autotimer: after a period of inactivity, the traction motor is deactivated, reducing energy consumption.
• Energy saving mode (stand by): Reduces electricity consumption and limescale deposits on the heated elements by reducing the temperature of the boiler and the water tank when the machine is not working.
• Automatic preheating system. Activates the wash pumps and the drying module before reaching the set temperature to warm up the environment, thus achieving a quick start of the machine.
• Wash tanks: 100-liter tank in the pre-wash area and 100-liter in the wash area.
• The washing system consists of 6 upper and 5 lower arms with high-performance rinsing nozzles, made of stainless steel in the pre-wash area and the wash area, which are removable and easy to clean.
• Three-stage filtration in the wash and re-wash modules.
• The bottom of the tank is perforated to guarantee complete drainage and facilitate cleaning.
• Thermally insulated boilers.
• Adjustable steam suction system that prevents its evaporation.
• Built-in energy recovery system located in the upper part of the machine. Allows a reduction of the installed power by 9kW.
• Dryer (D) placed in the unloading area and possibility of adding up to 2 additional dryers.
• Curtains resistant to high temperatures and detergents installed between the modules to prevent water splashes and contamination. Double curtains at the machine entrance and exit.

• (P) Pre-wash with cold water: Consists of 6 upper arms and 5 lower arms. Continuous renewal of the pre-wash water with a constant amount of pre-rinse water, channeling the excess through a recirculation pump. - 900mm.
• (W) Main wash at 65ºC. - 900mm.
• Pre-rinse / rinse - gradual rinse with rinse pump. - 700mm.

· Pre-rinse: Consists of 2 upper and 1 lower pre-rinse arms.
· Rinse: With one rinse pump. Consists of 1 upper and 1 lower rinse arm. Uses a frequency converter for the pump, which allows automatic adaptation of the amount of rinse water to the selected conveyor speed.

NOTE:
