Electric dishwasher with left or right entry - Flight type. Flight type dishwashers have a conveyor belt that moves the baskets through a steel tunnel for thorough cleaning. The path is usually a straight line, which means that modular units require a lot of space. The dishwasher has a loading area, different modules according to function and an unloading area.

DESCRIPTION:

• The washing modules are without internal pipes.
• Double-layer construction.
• Double-walled doors with heat and sound insulation.
• The doors are counterbalanced with safety stops that stop the process, allowing full and unrestricted access to all zones (pre-wash, wash, pre-rinse, rinse).
• Modular construction allowing the machine to be divided into modules.
• Entrance tunnel 630 x 440 mm.
• Loading section with a length of 1.2 m and unloading section with a length of 2.2 m., at a height of 900 mm.
• Splash guard (AS) in the loading area -150 mm with double curtain.
• Automatic activation of the washing process by a photocell detecting the presence of dishes.
• The speed of the conveyor belt is controlled by a frequency converter and a microswitch. This allows the machine to stop in the event of a blockage without damaging it. An unblocking function reverses the belt to remove the blockage.
• Auto-timer: after a period of inactivity, the traction motor is deactivated, reducing energy consumption.
• Energy-saving mode (stand by): Reduces electricity consumption and limescale deposits on the heated elements by reducing the temperature of the boiler and the water tank when the machine is not running.
• Automatic preheating system. Activates the washing pumps and the drying module before reaching the set temperature to warm up the environment, thus achieving a quick start of the machine.
• Washing tanks: 100-liter tank.
• The washing system consists of 6 upper and 5 lower arms with high-performance rinsing nozzles, made of stainless steel in the pre-wash and wash zones, which are removable and easy to clean.
• Three-stage filtration in the washing and re-washing modules.
• The bottom of the tank is perforated to ensure complete drainage and facilitate cleaning.
• Thermally insulated boilers.
• Adjustable steam suction system that prevents steam evaporation.
• Integrated energy recovery system located in the upper part of the machine. Allows a reduction of the installed power by 9kW.
• Dryer (D) placed in the unloading zone and the possibility of adding up to 2 additional dryers.
• Curtains resistant to high temperatures and detergents installed between the modules to prevent water splashes and contamination. Double curtains at the machine inlet and outlet.
• Conveyor belt end detection sensor with stop and automatic start.
• Electronic water temperature control for all processes.
• Safety thermostat.

MODULE COMPOSITION

• (AS) Splash protection module at the inlet.
• (W) Main wash module at 65ºC.
• Pre-rinse module with pump - 4 gradual rinses.
• Pre-rinse: consists of 2 upper and 1 lower pre-rinse arms. Triple effect system.
• Rinse: with one rinse pump. Device type in accordance with EN 1717 and WRAS regulations. Consists of 1 upper and 1 lower rinse arm. Uses a frequency converter for the pump, which allows automatic adaptation of the amount of rinse water to the selected conveyor speed.
• (R) Module with energy recovery system as standard.
• (D) Powerful dryer for optimal drying of ceramic dishes. Possibility to add two additional dryers for drying plastic or stainless steel.

NOTE:

Water connection: It is advisable to introduce sanitary water in the dishwashers, with a temperature of 15 - 25 ºC.
