Modular rack conveyor dishwasher, maximum capacity 270 baskets/hour. Modular dishwasher Concept, composed of different modules, assembled together, which perform the different operations that make up the washing process.

The model can be ordered with left/right inlet and connection to hot/cold mains water.

• All the main parts of the machine are made of AISI-304 stainless steel anti-corrosion: tanks, washing and rinsing arms, nozzles, doors, basket transport system, boiler and metal pipes.
• Double panel door opening upwards.
• AISI-304 stainless steel tank filters, easy to access and remove for cleaning.
• Safety filter for the suction pump.
• Rinse boiler with thermal insulation.
• Easy access for installation.
• Electrical panel designed for easy connection of liquid and solid detergent dispensers, rinse aid, limit switches, additional emergency stop button.
• Wash and rinse arms, easily removable as a set for cleaning, with a plug on each arm, providing access for cleaning from the inside.
• Rinse nozzles easily removable and replaceable.
• Electronic speed control system using a frequency switch.
• Configurable electronic temperature control: Wash (50 - 65 °C) - Rinse (70 - 85 °C)
• Rinse at 85 °C. System preventing the machine from operating before reaching the temperature.
• Pressure regulator for controlling the water flow.
• Built-in emergency stop button.
• Additional anti-jamming system on the inlet, mounted on the AS-260 (additional splash protection module), as standard.
• Door open blocking system.
• IPX4 water protection.
• Conveyor carriage blockage detection system and automatic reverse function.
• Module with pre-rinse program with cold water, with 3 upper and 3 lower washing branches.
• High-performance washing system with 5 upper and 5 lower washing branches.
• 3 washing programs: intensive 140 baskets/h (according to hygiene standard DIN10534), medium - 205 baskets/h and high capacity - 270 baskets per hour.
• Pre-rinse and wash, both programs are double-effect, in models 180, 225 and 270.
• Triple-effect pre-rinse and double-effect wash in model 320.
• Energy-saving system: reduces consumption by keeping the pumps running and switching the heating from rinse mode to standby mode (70 °C).
• Automatic timer that deactivates the conveyor motor after a preset period of inactivity (10 minutes).
• Energy saving system during washing: the process does not start until the conveyor line detects the passage of a basket.
• Rinse saving system. Rinsing stops when the basket has left the line, saving water and energy.
• Limit switch included.

Accessories included:

• 2 main baskets, CT-10 (500/500/110mm.)
• 2 baskets for 16/18 plates CP-16/18 (500/500/110mm (e.g. 270 baskets x 18 plates = 4860 plates per hour))
• 1 basket for 16 cups CV-16/105 (with a diameter of 110 mm and a height of 105 mm)
• 1 basket for cutlery with a solid base CT-10 R

NOTE:

Water connection: It is recommended to introduce sanitary water into the dishwashers, with a temperature of 50 - 60 ºC.
Water pressure: Minimum: 2 bar = 2 kg/cm2 Maximum: 4 bar = 4 kg/cm2 Water softener: In case of connecting the machines to a water softener, the local supply must be above 10 HF / 6 HD.
