Hood-type dishwasher with analog control.
Model CO-110 HRS has a built-in heat recovery system/recooperator - significant reduction in electricity costs.

- Dishwasher with lid - EVO Generation
- Made of stainless steel.
- Counterweight lid with handle and spring system.
- Double rotating washing and rinsing system - arms, top and bottom, made of stainless steel.
- 440 mm lid opening (suitable for GN 1/1 gastronorm trays).
- 750 W washing pump, providing high water flow.
- Rounded tank for easy washing and drainage.
- Armored stainless steel heating elements in the wash tank and rinse tank.
- Multivoltage: Allows the machine to be connected to a network with single-phase or three-phase voltage. (230 1N~/230 3~/400V 3N~).
- Stainless steel AISI-304 filters in the wash tank.
- Thermostatic temperature control (wash 60°C and rinse 85°C).

Water connection: It is advisable to introduce sanitary water in the dishwashers, with a temperature of 50 - 60 ºC.

Water softener: All glass / dishwashers should be connected to a treated water supply when the local supply is over 10 HF / 6 HD.
