Gelato 4K Touch I-green is a semi-professional tabletop gelato machine. Entirely made of stainless steel. The machine is specially designed for restaurants and bars, small establishments that include gelato as a sweet temptation in their menu.
By pressing just one button, a fully automatic process of preparing and storing ice cream begins. An electronic control panel constantly monitors the consistency of the ingredients. This applies to all ingredients of gelato, sorbet, ice cream, yogurt, etc.. The electronic control allows control even after the ice cream preparation process is completed - the preservation mode is automatically activated to maintain the product at optimal temperatures.
Safety system - automatically stops the mixing process when the lid is lifted. The cooling and mixing system is designed for long work cycles. The magnetic safety device stops the mixing spatula automatically when the lid is lifted. The mixing spatula is made of stainless steel, with removable inserts to ensure hygiene and strength. The machine body is made of stainless steel. The device is air-cooled.
