- Body and handles made of 18/10 stainless steel.
- The thermodiffusion base of the pot is made of 18/10 stainless steel - aluminum - stainless steel ("sandwich" type).

Specification
- Position 0 (pressure reduction) allows you to cook like a regular pot, while also allowing for a quick release of pressure after cooking on the other positions.
- Position I cooks at a pressure of 0.5 bar (113°), ideal for fish, seafood, foods that expand during cooking or produce foam.
- Level II cooks at a pressure of 0.8 bar (117 º), ideal for hard vegetables, chicken, soups, stews...
- Pressure in locked position: 0.2 bar.
The safety measures in Chef Luxe pressure cookers are the highest on the market:
- The opening mechanism of the cooker will not retain pressure if it is not closed properly.
- The safety lock/pressure regulator allows steam to escape freely if it is in the depressurization position, as well as when it reaches maximum pressure in the other two positions.
- The safety valve will flip to quickly release pressure if the pressure rises abnormally.
- The pressure indicator/safety lock will rise (red) when there is pressure, and will not open until the pressure inside is exhausted.
