Dishwashers front loading (500x500) WUA-503 ADVANCE

Front-loading dishwasher, ADVANCE series, for 500x500 basket, with rinse pump, drain pump and complete double insulation.

4 versions of the model are available depending on the specific equipment, and can be at 50 or 60Hz:

1. Basic model WUA-503
2. Model with detergent dispenser WUA-503 D
3. Model with built-in water softener WUA-503 S
4. Model with built-in softener + dispenser WUA-503 S D

Dispensers

• FOR RINSE - Hydraulic rinse aid dispenser (for models with mains pressure) or peristaltic (for models with rinse pump) - fitted as standard.
• FOR WASH - Peristaltic rinse aid dispenser fitted as a model version. (optional)

Smart softener (S)

• Built-in softener that provides continuous water softening. This allows the detergent and rinse aid to work at their full effect and significantly reduces limescale deposits in the machine.
• The user can easily refill the tank, and a sensor warns when the tank needs to be refilled.
• Intelligent regeneration that guarantees continuous washing. Regeneration is carried out completely automatically and imperceptibly for the customer. The water quality is always constant.

INTERFACE

• 2.8" TFT color display with backlight.
• Illuminated buttons and multi-colored START button that changes color depending on the machine's status.
• Color-coded status indicators.
• Display of operating parameters, such as tank and boiler temperature, or cycle time.
• Tank and boiler heater operation indicators.
• Self-diagnosis and error signaling.
• Timer function that allows the machine to turn on or off at a specified time.
• Energy saving mode (standby): Reduces energy consumption when the machine is not in use.

Dishwasher programs

• Quick/gentle: 90s (2.3 l/cycle, wash temperature: 60ºC, rinse temperature: 85ºC)
• Standard: 120 sec. (2.6 l/cycle, wash temperature: 60ºC, rinse temperature: 85ºC)
• Intensive: 180 sec. (3 l/cycle, wash temperature: 60ºC, rinse temperature: 85ºC)
• Cutlery: 300 sec. (3 l/cycle, wash temperature: 65ºC, rinse temperature: 85ºC)

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

• The tank, the inner door and the basket guides are stamped and all edges, including the vertical ones, are rounded to facilitate the drainage of dirt.
• No places for dirt to accumulate.
• The machine is built with a built-in double shell.
• Hygienic tank heater.
• Upper and lower washing and rinsing arms.

Door:

• Balanced, shock-absorbing door for smooth opening and closing, which helps to:

1/Avoid damage to even the most delicate dishes;

2/Improve ergonomics, and therefore productivity, thanks to the stamped rails on the inside of the door, which allow easy insertion/removal of the baskets;

3/ The door protects the user from steam burns thanks to its partial opening.

• Soundproof and heat-resistant double-skinned door.
• Magnetic microswitch to stop the cycle in case of accidental door opening.

Triple stage filtration system:

1. Polypropylene waste collection filter (basket type) with stainless steel microfilter, which is easily accessible so that the operator can remove and empty it in a few seconds.
2. Polypropylene pump suction filter that blocks even the lightest dirt, protecting the wash pump.
3. Stainless steel surface tank filter, retains coarse dirt. The filter can be easily removed without disassembling the wash and rinse arms.

• Insulation in the boiler.

Dual-flow wash pumps:

• One inlet and two outlets, one for each arm, without the need for flow separation to avoid power loss and reduce noise.

Soft start:

• The cycle starts slowly and gradually increases to maximum speed to prevent light objects such as glassware and plates from falling.

Duo-KLIP (Wash/Rinse Arms):

• Combined wash and rinse arm on the same level, made of composite material (optionally available in stainless steel (X)), which prevents the two arms from interfering with each other.
• Low-friction arm and very low weight, allowing all the power supplied by the pump to be used for washing the dishes and not for rotating the arm.
• Arm wash and rinse openings designed with a specific geometry to reach the most inaccessible places. They spray water precisely, achieving 10% less water consumption, reducing electricity and chemical consumption and thus helping to minimize operating costs.
• Arm locking mechanism, facilitating assembly and disassembly for cleaning.

Rinse pump:

• Rinses even at low water pressure (1 bar). Water is drawn from the boiler by a booster pump and sent to the machine's rinse nozzles, ensuring optimal and constant pressure.
• A system independent of water pressure, thanks to the presence of the "Air Break", allows lower water consumption and therefore lower energy consumption.
• The temperature of the water in the boiler is constant during the rinse cycle, as this water is not mixed with cold tap water during the filling phase.
• The "Air Break" system prevents non-potable water contaminated with rinse aid, detergents and food waste from flowing back into the water supply network. (Air break check valve type A according to EN 1717/WRAS regulations.) ·
• Precise dosing of rinse aid with a constant water flow.

Thermostop:

• Starts the rinse cycle when the rinse temperature required for a hygienic washing result and proper drying of the dishes is reached.
• The rinse cycle will be extended to a maximum time of ten minutes if the set rinse temperature is not reached.

Thermostatic filling:

• Speeds up the machine's set-up time as the tank is filled with water preheated in the boiler, which is more powerful. Available only for models with rinse pump.
• Peristaltic dosing of rinse aid as standard.
• Drain pump included, so-called volumetric rinsing: the dirty wash water is partially drained before rinsing, which makes it possible to: 1/Avoid useless waste of detergent by polluting the water more slowly and 2/Reduce energy costs during the wash water heating phase by continuously regenerating the wash water with warmer rinse water.

Machine self-cleaning programs:

• Self-cleaning: Self-cleaning and automatic draining reduce operator work and ensure machine maintenance.
• Draining: Automatic draining.
• Automatic filling: Self-cleaning program with automatic draining and filling.
