Hood-type dishwasher (500x500) WHP-502 T CONCEPT

Pass-through dishwasher, CONCEPT series, for 500x500 mm baskets, with LED controls, using water pressure from the water supply network for rinsing (without rinse pump).

The machines can be connected to 50 or 60Hz voltage.

Versions, according to additional equipment:

• Basic model: WHC-502 T
• Model with drain pump (B): WHC-502 T B (The dirty wash water is partially drained before rinsing, which allows: 1/Avoiding unnecessary waste of detergent by slower water contamination. 2/Reducing energy costs during the wash water heating phase by continuously regenerating the wash water.)
• Model with detergent dispenser (D): WHC-502 T D
• Model with drain pump and dispenser (B D): WHC-502 T B D

Dispensers

• RINSE - Hydraulic rinse aid dispenser (for models with mains pressure) or peristaltic (for models with rinse pump) - fitted as standard.
• WASH - Peristaltic wash aid dispenser fitted as a model version (optional).

INTERFACE

• Two-digit LED displays (T) to show wash and rinse temperatures, as well as alphanumeric status and error codes.
• Includes operating indicators for the tank and boiler heaters.

PROGRAMMES

- P1 (Light): 90 sec. (2.2 l/cycle at 2 bar, washing temperature: 60ºC, rinsing temperature: 85ºC)

- P2 (Standard): 120 sec. (2.2 l/cycle at 2 bar, wash temperature: 60ºC, rinse temperature: 65ºC)

- P3 (intensive): 180 sec. (2.2 l/cycle at 2 bar, wash temperature: 60ºC, rinse temperature: 65ºC)

- Extended: 480 sec. (2.2 l/cycle at 2 bar, wash temperature: 60ºC, rinse temperature: 65ºC)

(3) Consumption at a supply water pressure of 2 bar. At higher pressures, consumption will increase.
(4) For models with energy recovery (RC), the cycle time is extended by approximately 30 seconds.

CONSTRUCTION

• Single-layer lid that slides smoothly on metal guides, which reduces lifting effort and noise level.
• Fully stamped tank without welds or sharp edges. The washing chamber is free of internal pipes, edges and openings where dirt can accumulate.
• Easy cleaning of the internal parts without having to remove the basket support. The support can be tilted upwards by 90°.
• The machine and its tables can be installed in a straight line or in a corner. It is also possible to change the working direction left-right or right-left.
• Upper and lower washing and rinsing arms.
• Magnetic microswitch to stop the cycle in case of accidental opening of the lid.
• Cycle start activated by removing the lid or manually (deactivated).
• Easy handling thanks to the surrounding handle on the lid.

Double stage filtration system:

• Polypropylene pump suction filter that blocks even the lightest dirt, protecting the wash pump.
• Composite surface filters on the tank, as standard, retain coarse dirt.
• The filter can be easily removed without disassembling the wash and rinse arms.
• Dual flow wash pumps: one inlet and two outlets, one for each arm, without the need for flow separation to avoid power loss and reduce noise.

Soft start: The cycle starts slowly and gradually increases to maximum speed to prevent light objects such as glassware and dishes from falling.

Wash/rinse arms. Duo-KLIP:

• Combined wash and rinse arm on the same level, made of composite material, preventing the two arms from interfering with each other.
• Low-friction arm, very light, allowing all the power supplied by the pump to be used for washing the dishes and not for rotating the arm.
• Wash and rinse openings designed with a specific geometry to reach the most inaccessible places. They spray the water precisely, achieving 10% less water consumption, reducing electricity and chemical consumption and thus helping to minimize operating costs.
• The click clip makes it easy to assemble and disassemble the cleaning arm.
