Hood type dishwasher ADVANCE range for 500x500 basket, with rinse pump, drain pump and double insulated body.

8 versions of the model are available depending on the specific equipment, and each machine can be ordered in a 50 or 60Hz version:

DISPENSERS

• STANDARD FITTED RINSE AID DISPENSER - Hydraulic rinse aid dispenser (for models with mains pressure) or peristaltic (for models with rinse pump).
• OPTIONAL - WASH AID DISPENSER - Peristaltic wash aid dispenser, fitted as a model version.

MODELS WITH RC (ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM)

• Minimizes steam emissions to create a more comfortable working environment by using the heat from the unit to additionally heat the incoming water and reduce energy costs.
• The process is carried out at the end of the cycle for 40 seconds (configurable), increasing the incoming water temperature from 10ºC to 25ºC, which means that a cold water connection (15-25ºC) is recommended.

MODELS WITH INTELLIGENT SOFTENER (S)

• Built-in softener that provides continuous water softening. This allows the detergent and rinse aid to work at their full effect and significantly reduces limescale deposits in the machine.
• The user can easily refill the tank, and a sensor warns when the tank needs to be refilled.
• Intelligent regeneration that guarantees continuous washing. Regeneration is carried out completely automatically and imperceptibly for the customer. The water quality is always constant.

INTERFACE

• 2.8" TFT color display with backlight.
• Illuminated buttons and multi-colored START button that changes color depending on the machine's status.
• Color-coded status indicators.
• Display of operating parameters, such as tank and boiler temperature, or cycle time.

• Standard: 90 sec. (2.6 l/cycle, Washing temperature: 60ºC, Rinsing temperature: 85ºC)
• Intensive: 180 sec. (3 l/cycle, Washing temperature: 60ºC, Rinsing temperature: 85ºC)
• Extended: 480 sec. (3 l/cycle, Washing temperature: 60ºC, Rinsing temperature: 85ºC) ·

(3) In models with energy recovery (RC) system, the cycle time is extended by approximately 30 seconds.
(4) The second rinse is performed with cold water by switching off the boiler heating element.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

• Double-layer lid with thermo-acoustic insulation and metal guides to reduce lifting force and noise level.
• Fully stamped tank without welds or sharp edges. The washing chamber is free of internal pipes, edges and openings where dirt can accumulate.
• Easy cleaning of the internal parts without having to remove the basket support. The support can be tilted by 90°.
• The machine and its tables can be installed in a straight line or in a corner. It is also possible to change the working direction left-right or right-left.
• Upper and lower washing and rinsing arms.
• Maximum visibility thanks to the upper position of the control panel.
• Lid opening system with microswitch.
• Cycle start activated by removing the lid or manually (deactivated).
• Easy handling thanks to the handle surrounding the lid.

Triple stage filtration system:

• Polypropylene basket filter for collecting waste and a stainless steel microfilter, which is easily accessible so that the operator can remove and empty it in a few seconds.
• Polypropylene pump suction filter that blocks even the lightest dirt, protecting the wash pump.
• Composite surface filters for the tank as standard, retaining coarse dirt.
• The filter can be easily removed without disassembling the wash and rinse arms.
• Insulation in the boiler.
• Dual-flow wash pumps: one inlet and two outlets, one for each arm, without the need for flow separation to avoid power loss and reduce noise.

Soft start: The cycle starts slowly and gradually increases to maximum speed to prevent light objects such as glassware and plates from falling.

Wash/rinse arms. Duo-KLIP:

• Combined wash and rinse arm on the same level, made of composite material, preventing the two arms from intertwining.
• Low-friction and very light arm, allowing all the power supplied by the pump to be used for washing the dishes and not for rotating the arm.
• Wash and rinse openings designed with a specific geometry to reach the most inaccessible places. They spray water precisely, achieving 10% less water consumption, reducing electricity and chemical consumption and thus helping to minimize operating costs.
• The click-together mechanism makes it easy to assemble and disassemble the cleaning arm.

Rinse pump:

• Rinses even at low mains pressure (1 bar). Water is drawn from the boiler by a booster pump and fed to the machine's rinse nozzles, ensuring optimal and constant pressure.
• This system is independent of the mains pressure, thanks to the presence of an "Air Break", which results in lower water consumption and therefore lower energy consumption.
• The temperature of the water in the boiler is constant during rinsing, as this water is not mixed with cold mains water during the filling phase.The
• Air Break system prevents non-potable water contaminated with rinse aid, cleaning agents and food waste from flowing back into the water supply. (Air break check valve type A according to EN 1717/WRAS regulations)
• Precise dosing of rinse aid with constant water flow.

Thermostop:

• Starts rinsing when the rinsing temperature required for a hygienic washing result and proper drying of the dishes is reached.
• The rinsing cycle will be extended to a maximum of ten minutes if the set rinsing temperature is not reached.
• Thermostatic filling (Only available for models with rinse pump):
• Speeds up the machine's set-up time as the tank is filled with water preheated in the boiler, which is more powerful.

Peristaltic rinse aid dosing as standard.

• Rinse pump as standard, so-called volumetric rinse: the dirty wash water is partially drained before rinsing, which makes it possible to: 1/Avoid useless waste of detergent by slower water contamination and 2/Reduce energy costs during the wash water heating phase by continuously regenerating the wash water with warmer rinse water.

Machine self-cleaning programs:

• Self-cleaning: Self-cleaning and automatic draining reduce operator effort and ensure machine maintenance.
