Fimar 32TND – Professional Meat Mincer (1.6 kW, 300–500 kg/h)
The Fimar 32TND is a professional meat mincer designed for butcher shops, supermarkets, commercial kitchens and food‑processing facilities that require high output with lower energy consumption. With a 1.6 kW motor and a capacity of 300–500 kg/h, this model offers an excellent balance of performance, efficiency and compact design.
The machine features a stainless steel body and hopper, along with a fully removable grinding unit that can be stored in a refrigerator for improved hygiene. When equipped with the AISI 304 stainless steel grinding unit, all components are dishwasher‑safe. Additional features include a cooling fan, safety microswitches, reverse function, and an oiled gear motor for smooth and quiet operation.
The 32TND comes with the Enterprise cutting system as standard (knife + 6 mm plate). An Unger cutting system is available as an optional upgrade only when the machine is equipped with a stainless steel grinding unit.
