Fixed cylindrical boiling pans with mixer, capacity 300 liters, electric indirect and electric indirect pressure models.

• Vessel with bottom in AISI-316 stainless steel and thickness between 20/10 and 40/10, suitable for products that are particularly acidic
• Double walls in AISI-304 stainless steel with thickness between 20/10 and 25/10 - bain marie.
• Tank drain opening with removable filter.
• Front drain tap with insulating (athermal) handle.
• Lid in AISI-304 stainless steel with thickness 15/10, with balanced springs and anathermal handle/non-heating.
• Pressure gauge to control the pressure inside the double wall.
• Manual release valve to reduce the pressure produced in the double wall during the heating process.
• 30/10 thick stainless steel support structure mounted on height-adjustable steel legs.
• 10/10 thick Satin AISI-304 outer finish and 15/10 thick satin AISI-304 stainless steel shelf.
• Removable inner cover for easy inspection of internal parts.
• Thermal insulation guaranteed by high-density ceramic plates.

MIXING SYSTEM/MIXER:

• AISI-316 stainless steel mixer with adjustable rotation speed between 7 and 28 g/m with force up to 386 N m
• Possibility of reversing the direction of rotation with the electronic switch.
• Removable mixer for easier cleaning and product extraction.
• Mixer with radial arms in stainless steel and Teflon ceramic blades.

- 2 versions:

1. Normal version: spring-loaded safety valve set at 0.5 bar.
2. Autoclave version: Equipped with silicone rubber hermetic joint, clamps for hermetic closure of the lid and a safety valve set at 0.5 bar.

HEATING

INDIRECT ELECTRIC DOUBLE-WALLED BOILER - normal version

• Heating is performed by heating elements immersed in Incoloy alloy with adjustable power by means of an energy variator.
• Thermoregulation and electronic time delay of the temperature and cooking process.
• Safety thermostat that ensures that the machine does not work in case of overheating or insufficient water.
• Water level control in the double wall with tap and option for automatic water filling.
• Pressure control in the double wall by means of a pressure switch and a safety valve set at 0.5 bar, a vacuum valve and a pressure gauge.
• Standard operating voltage of 400V-3N50Hz.

INDIRECT PRESSURE STEAM BOILER WITH DOUBLE WALL - autoclave version

• Heated with steam (via connection) and a pressure valve that allows the gradual addition of steam to the double wall of the vessel.
• The pressure control in the double wall is carried out by a safety valve set at 0.5 bar, a vacuum valve and a pressure gauge
