EasyLine FD66 is the largest model in the EasyLine convection oven series and offers a significantly larger capacity – 66 liters, which makes it ideal for facilities with higher loads. It is suitable for bakeries, pastry shops, cafeterias, bistros and professional kitchens that need uniform baking and reliable operation throughout the day.
The oven works with 4 trays 45×33 cm and has fan convection, which ensures even heat distribution. The mechanical thermostat (65–260°C) and the timer (0–120 min) allow for easy and intuitive control.
The construction is entirely made of stainless steel, and the door is double-glazed, which improves insulation and reduces heat loss.
